By accessing or using the Bestflow website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bestflow is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator that compares rates across multiple third-party exchange providers and facilitates cross-chain swaps. Bestflow does not hold, control, or custody your funds at any point during the exchange process. All swaps are executed by third-party exchange providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. No Account Required

Bestflow does not require account registration, KYC verification, or wallet connection. You interact with the Service directly by providing cryptocurrency addresses for your desired swaps.

5. Third-Party Exchange Providers

Bestflow aggregates quotes from third-party exchange providers. Each swap is executed by the selected provider, not by Bestflow. Bestflow is not responsible for the actions, performance, availability, or policies of any third-party provider. You acknowledge that each provider may have its own terms of service and that exchange rates, fees, and processing times are determined by the provider.

6. Fees

Bestflow does not charge additional fees on top of the rates provided by exchange partners. The rate you see is the rate you get. Network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are separate and determined by the respective blockchain networks.

7. Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to price volatility, network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory uncertainty. You acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Bestflow is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by price fluctuations, failed transactions, or third-party provider issues.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and code associated with the Service are the property of Bestflow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Bestflow does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bestflow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or funds arising from your use of the Service.

12. Modifications

Bestflow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
