Bestflow is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator that compares rates across multiple third-party exchange providers and facilitates cross-chain swaps. Bestflow does not hold, control, or custody your funds at any point during the exchange process. All swaps are executed by third-party exchange providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. No Account Required

Bestflow does not require account registration, KYC verification, or wallet connection. You interact with the Service directly by providing cryptocurrency addresses for your desired swaps.

5. Third-Party Exchange Providers

Bestflow aggregates quotes from third-party exchange providers. Each swap is executed by the selected provider, not by Bestflow. Bestflow is not responsible for the actions, performance, availability, security, or policies of any third-party provider. You acknowledge that each provider may have its own terms of service and privacy policy, and that exchange rates, fees, processing times, minimums, maximums, and transaction acceptance are determined entirely by the provider.

6. Fees

Bestflow does not charge additional fees on top of the rates provided by exchange partners. The rate you see is the rate you get. Network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are separate and determined by the respective blockchain networks.

7. Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions involve substantial inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Price volatility that may cause the value of your assets to change significantly
• Network congestion, blockchain forks, or delayed confirmations
• Smart contract vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits
• Regulatory uncertainty and potential legal consequences
• Irreversible transactions — once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded
• Sending cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address, which results in permanent loss
• Third-party exchange provider operational failure

You acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Bestflow is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by price fluctuations, failed transactions, user error (including incorrect wallet addresses), or third-party provider issues.

8. No Financial Advice

Bestflow is a cryptocurrency exchange aggregator and does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of financial or professional counsel. The information displayed on the Service, including exchange rates, quotes, and market data, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any cryptocurrency. 11. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete transaction details, including correct wallet addresses
• Verifying all transaction information before sending funds
• Understanding how blockchain transactions work before using the Service
• Complying with all applicable tax obligations arising from your cryptocurrency transactions
• Maintaining the security and control of your private keys and wallet

Bestflow is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to meet these responsibilities, including but not limited to funds sent to incorrect addresses.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, code, design, and software associated with the Service are the property of Bestflow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Any damages arising from third-party exchange provider actions, omissions, or failure
• Any damages resulting from user error, including sending funds to incorrect addresses
• Any damages resulting from blockchain network conditions, forks, or failures

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bestflow and its operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your transaction details provided to any third-party provider

16. Modifications

Bestflow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
